This spectacular, 3 bedroom home offers guests two spacious levels of luxury and convenience and is perfect for family holidays and get togethers with friends! Just minutes to Zion National Park for memorable hiking and adventures, and just a short drive to nearby Sand Hollow for amazing boating, cliff jumping, riding the sand dunes in silky smooth red sand, or golf. The list of things to do never ends.

The first-level living area is bright and spacious, with beautiful floors, golf course views from every window, modern décor, and lots of comfortable furniture. The entertainment area is a great place to catch up with old friends over a few refreshments prepared at the wet bar, which features a wine fridge and bar stools. Stretch out on a luxurious sofa to watch your favorite Netflix movies on the mounted flatscreen TV, or head outside to enjoy a good novel and the course's panoramic red rock views from the wrap-around patio. The balcony includes a table and seating for four, perfect for your morning coffee.

The gorgeous chef's kitchen includes custom cabinetry, a center prep island, and all the stainless steel small and major appliances you'll need to prepare a delightful meal for everyone to enjoy at the dining table for six. Take advantage of the private swim spa pool to cool off on a hot summer afternoon, then use the private gas grill - located on the west-facing patio - to host a family barbecue. Have a little work to do while you're here? The high-speed WiFi makes it quick and easy for remote workers and students to complete their projects on time.

The living room's gas fireplace is a great way to bring a little ambiance to your next dinner party; it will also keep everything toasty on a chilly night. Don't forget to let the private washer/dryer knock out everyone's dusty laundry after a hot-weather hike. The private swim spa is the perfect place to end an evening, and when it's time to call it a night, you'll have three well-appointed bedrooms, each with its own Smart TV. We stayed at this lovely home in Hurricane for 3 nights, while our daughter had a weekend soccer tournament in St. George. Along with our daughter, my husband and I brought our teenage son and his friend. We all agreed that the house was beautiful, spacious, and perfectly furnished! The golf course , small creek and mountain views from the large windows and patio were just lovely! The kitchen was more than well appointed for making all our breakfasts and evening meals. I especially loved reading on the outdoor sofa on the family room balcony. Getting into the hot-tub was a perfect way to end the days after soccer games and canyon hikes in Zion Park. The beds were very comfortable, which is so important for a good sleep away from home. We all agreed we would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend it to others!!

Copper Rock is amazing and largely unknown yet for golf in southern Utah - which is why we love it! This home is so beautiful and one of our favorites. Appointed nicely and we were told they are adding additional beds to be able to accommodate 12-14 so we are very happy to bring our family next time.

We were astounded how nice it was here. Hurricane has the newest nicest golf course now at Copper Rock. We loved the porivate pool (swim spa) that is large and swimmable due to its length. It's a mini pool. We loved the comforts of the space and the stunning scenery surrounding the property. We highly recommend this property for higher-end stays in hurricane. Zion is literally 25-30 minute drive. Super fun!

The property itself was excellent and in a good location.
Numerous issues arose during check-in: wrong door code given, the wrong password for wifi given, property not ready an hour and a half after check-in time, garbage left on the lounge chairs, broken glass on the carpet.

The management team was kind and courteous in their interactions, fixed the problems that could be fixed, and gave me a small partial refund (5% of the total booking)- which I would argue is not enough for all the troubles we went through.

Overall our stay was excellent, we had a few hiccups but they were resolved by the property company to our satisfaction within a few days. The house was clean, very comfortable, and in a very good location. We are golfers and the proximity to various courses was perfect for us, along with being close to Zion for a visit. I would have no problem recommending or returning for another visit one day.

Really fun place to stay. Relaxing, quiet, peaceful. Pool was nice to have, morning coffees on balcony were wonderful, and evenings were relaxing. Summer would be a great time to also come because of the lake nearby. We just wanted a simple quiet weekend away from the city and this home was perfect.

Really nice home. View was wonderful, the kids and I loved using the pool/spa, would be great to bring our family again and play more golf and spend more time at Zion. We'd like to rent ATVs next time too and do a day at the sand dunes, we missed out on that this trip. Great quality property and good service. Check-in was a breeze.

We've always loved staying in Hurricane, Utah to avoid the crowds in St. George. This was our first time hearing about Copper Rock and we were excited to try it out. We were astounded how luxurious the homes here are. There is still construction going on, but this home is second to none and worth it. We sat on the patio and marveled at the view, played some golf, swam, enjoy meals in the incredible kitchen that is so well stocked. The bunk room made things so flexible for our kids and their kids who joined us. We highly recommend this property. It's worth it!

So much to say about this home. We loved the kitchen, the layout, the pool/spa, the views from the balcony, and the comfortable beds. The community is just so gorgeous and new. We had a great time at Sand Hollow and Zion. St. George so close we did some shopping at the outlets and some great restaurants too. We loved the sunny weather in winter months. Great home and the golf is amazing too. Highly recommend it!

Very relaxing location on the golf course. The home is very well done and so comfortable. Pool spa was so nice to relax in and the view of the golf course and mountains was tranquil. Hurricane is a small city and fun to be outside of St. George proper and the traffic. We liked the rural feel, but had all the toys, amenities, eateries we could ever want. We loved it. Definitely would stay here at Copper Rock again and this home is our new favorite.

This was the perfect location for our Zion hiking trip. It was centrally located so we could easily get to Zion and the surrounding areas. It was a great place to come back to after a long day of hiking. It's new construction - so everything is in great working order and the pool/hot tub was a huge plus.
