Located in Zion Village in Hurricane, Utah near Sand Hollow Reservoir for boating and sand dunes, just 20 minutes to St. George, and just 30 minutes to Zion National Park in Springdale.

Welcome to Chic Oasis at Zion Village! Located in the center of Southern Utah, our resort-style vacation destination is perfect for immersing yourself in the natural beauty just minutes away from Zion National Park and exploring the recreational opportunities at Sand Hollow. Zion Village offers an array of incredible amenities, including a lazy river, cascading waterfalls, a hot tub, and a fire pit, ensuring there's something for everyone to enjoy. Additionally, the clubhouse provides full access to our fitness room, allowing you to stay active during your stay. For outdoor enthusiasts, a short drive to the nearby Sand Hollow Reservoir offers year-round boating adventures and the opportunity to experience the thrill of exploring the silky smooth red sand dunes on an ATV. Golf enthusiasts can also plan a day on the greens with friends at the nearby Sand Hollow Resort or the new Copper Rock in Hurricane. Zion Village is the newest gem in Southern Utah, and Hurricane is the place to be!

This home is dog-friendly, with a $100 fee per dog. No cats. If you are planning on bringing your furry friend, please make the appropriate selection at check-out or inform us directly so that we may update your reservation accordingly. Maximum 2 pets allowed unless approved otherwise (please contact us for approval). Failure to notify us may result in a fine of $500. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a pleasant stay for all guests.

Family get away

Good location to National Parks. Very clean, well stocked kitchen, and very comfortable. There was only one bath towel for each person. It would have been nice to have 2.

Baseball Trip

MTB group trip

Very nice property. Everything works well. Clean and comfortable. Well stocked. Convenient to the local mountain bike trails. The garage is great and we fit a full-size pick up with a bike rack for two bikes in the garage. Would stay here again.

This was great place to stay. We had a couple of moms and a group of girls. Lots of room for everyone. Beds were comfy . We asked for more blankets and they were quick to bring them by. We were there on a busy holiday weekend but it was nice and quite at bed time. The kitchen was easy to cook in. Plenty of dishes and things to cook in. The fridge was a little temperamental but over all worked ok. Would defiantly stay again.

Zion Village unit 233 - Wonderful Vacation Spot

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in the Luxe Retreat in Zion Village unit 233. This place was like a palace. We walked in and the house was clean and fresh. Everything is beautiful! The beds were soft and comfortable. The couch is seriously my favorite spot. The hot tub water was crystal clear. We adored the pool area and spent almost every evening over there. Tip: we got pool noodles from the nearby dollar store and it changed the lazy river game. The location is perfect for adventures to Snow Canyon, Zion, and the Grafton ghost town or just taking in the sights from the balcony. We recommend the Red Fort for Indian Food and Xetava Gardens Cafe (try the blue cheese burger). Overall, we cannot wait to return.
