Welcome to Casita #5 at Casa Moab (ground floor, one of five studio Casitas) - Stand alone private unit behind the building. Features an open airy floor plan, both inviting and Comfortable. A fully stocked modern kitchen that includes a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker will make your meal preparation easy between adventures. The open living area/kitchen has a bar-height island with two stools and a 48'' flat screen smart TV that offers cable and WiFi. In addition, there is a plush king bed, sofa sleeper couch, stylish accent chair, and locally hewn end tables. The bathroom offers a large, beautifully tiled walk in shower with an endless supply of hot water.

Casa Moab is a newly-built luxurious property that offers five casitas designed for Moab's adventurous traveler. You'll be greeted with custom river rock and metal art, as well as a luxurious outdoor sauna to relax after a long day of Moab adventure. You can rent just this Casita, or rent the entire building with all five casitas to enjoy the most memorable group retreat. All Casitas are finished with beautiful finishes including butcher block and quartz counter tops, concrete and cork-backed durable flooring, stainless steel appliances, glass shower doors, bike storage rooms and individual heat/cool systems.

After a day of adventure, enjoy the outdoor shared sauna (private when renting entire building), then grill while gathering around the cozy fire pit. You will love your experience here while exploring all Moab has to offer.

Moab is known as the off-roading and mountain biking mecca of the world. The PERFECT spot when exploring Moab. Literally everything is perfectly thought out from the landscape, amenities, layout, etc. SUPER clean. Loved the bathroom, open concept and private patio. The shared firepit(propane) was the perfect extra touch. Nobody else came out when using it, so like a private backyard! So close to everything and the recommendations for food were fabulous! 10 min from Arches, <5 min to great coffee, food, shopping and plenty of ATV/bike rentals. I’d 100% come back!

Unbelievable, incredible, awesome place to stay. This has to be the best place in Moab. The location is perfect. You are maybe a five minute walk to the Moab Brewery, a bike shop, and the local grocery store. The place itself is so brand spanking new and every little thing has been thought out. Built with quality and aesthetics in mind. Unit # 5 is quiet and private. The other four look wonderful too and would be an easy pick. Such an amazing place and such a wonderful visit!

The casita was perfect for our first trip with our 5 week old baby. We wanted a small unit without shared walls and this was perfect. Great location and had everything we could ever need. We even were able to sneak out the front door to use the dry sauna. Can't wait to come back.

The property was overall nice and in good condition. But being close to main street, it was noisy at night with road traffic. Being light sleepers, this made sleep difficult. The kitchen was surprisingly sparsely stocked with utensils for a property of such nice quality. And we had difficulty checking in as the entry code we were given did not work. Because we checked in after hours (around 6:00PM) it took three calls to finally get a new access code.

With all that said, we'd still recommend the property to others. It's a nice property and its downtown location would be seen as a benefit to guests seeking the restaurants and shopping the downtown offers. Being close and convenient to Arches National Park is another huge plus.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casita #5! It was a two minute walk to Main Street and 10 minute walk to some great spots for coffee, breakfast and shopping. The Village Market had everything we needed for the kitchen or lunch on the go and super friendly employees! We only spent two nights at the Casita had it have more we would have appreciated a better stocked kitchen, not a deal breaker by any means. We are hikers and visited Arches National Park which was only 10 minute drive and very recreational hikes with stunning views and scenery. The hike through Dead Horse Point State Park was more our speed; 5+ mile hike, kicked up the heart rate a bit, hiking shoes recommended, adventurous paths with all different terrain, depending in how much wandering you do off the paths. Xtreme 4x4 was a blast for off roading on a OHV! Put Moab on your bucket list, it’s beautiful country filled with lovely people!

The property is well maintained and exactly like the description. The owner provided very detailed check-in instructions and was great about keeping in touch. In the evenings, after a day full of fun at Arches National Park we would walk the strip and enjoy the local shops. We really enjoyed dinner at Dewey’s and highly recommend them. Also, in the same plaza was Bonjour Bakery, which was a great stop for a sweet treat!

We really enjoyed our stay in this clean and bright little apartment. It is in a nice quiet location and has everything you need for your Moab visit. We sat outside on the little patio to soak up some sunshine. Just wish the weather had been nice enough to use the fire pit.

Great location to hiking, Arches, and town of Moab. Nice experience overall. Only negative comment was the cleaning products and strong fragrances used prior to my arrival were so strong. Would suggest something more neutral to ensure all guests can tolerate it. It bothered me for a few days. Other than that no negative comments.

My husband and I stayed in Moab for four nights and loved this condo and location. It was perfect and had everything we needed for our short stay. Number 5 is it's own building so there are vaulted ceilings and privacy. We enjoyed the community sauna every night as well, though we never shared it with anyone. Highly recommended and would stay here again!

I received a text the morning of our check-in that
the property was ready. Upon arriving at 6pm, the
property was not ready. The cleaning staff was very
nice and accommodating. The next day (we booked
for 2 nights) we received a text that "We hope you
enjoyed your stay and to load the dishwasher when
you check-out".
.. we still had the property booked
that night?! Nothing ever came of this and our
belongings were still in the property upon our
return. The property manager also instructed us to
download the "hospitality" app. The door code on
this app did not match the door code texted to us.
The property is beautiful and fun, but I believe very
poorly mismanaged. The use of the hospitality app
seems very unnecessary. Further, the bed in this
place was AWFUL. If you're anything like us, we like
to have a good night of sleep on vacation and the
bed and pillows were just not it. We had a lovely
time and otherwise everything about this place
(amenities, location) were perfect.

Casita property in general was perfectly located near Main Street restaurants, grocery store, etc.. Property offers all that is advertised and was a perfect accommodation for me and my wife to spend our 24th anniversary. Fire pit and sauna were in working order and Casita #5 specifically was privately located right next to each. Only suggestion is the mattress is very stiff(hard to sleep) and suggest a smart TV with Netflix/Amazon options. This would be great addition for the evenings since there isn’t a DVD player and only basic cable. Being fall, a good quick clean up of all the leaves would help showcase how new this property is. That being said, casita and property is well equipped and we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Had a great stay in this newly build condo! I enjoyed the efficient kitchen, the patio area, sauna, and fast wifi. This rental is in a good location, just on the border of downtown, and within walking distance of a grocery store and Moab Brewery. For laundry, we drove to the laundromat across from the Quesadilla Mobilla truck (which is a great lunch!).

We had a weekend anniversary trip to explore the national parks. We went mountain biking and Hiking. The location was perfect. We were within walking distance to the bike rental shop and the moab brewery. which is a must for dinner in Moab.
The check in process was easy. The Home was well laid out. thoughtful finishings. We made ourselves feel at home right away. I never heard a peep from other guests. It was very quiet.
I will definitely be booking here again for our next stay.

Perfect place to stay for a Moab visitor! Very comfortable place, central to all the main attractions in Moab, with walking distance to food. We stayed in Unit #5 and highly recommend it. It has no other units above/below and door opens to the nice patio and fireplace.

Casa Moab is in an excellent, quiet location, just off main street. It's a short drive to many bike trails, including everything in the Sandflats Recreational area and down Kane Creek Rd. We loved using the well-equipped kitchen for breakfasts, and used the outdoor grill twice for dinner. The secure bike storage was convenient. The place was sparkling clean. We loved everything about it, and will stay here again if it's available next time we're in Moab. Hopefully the weather will be cool enough to use the sauna next time.
