Super nice, clean, spacious living space for our family. Lots of fun extras (pool toys, wagon for hauling to / from the pool, etc.). The AC unit was loud outside the bedroom on the master floor, but didn't bother us after the first night.

A few days of relaxation and trying to play some senior softball. The weather was not cooperative and the tournament got rained out but the vacation rental was very nice and we enjoyed our time away from the daily grind.

This place was clean and spacious. We had two families staying here and had plenty of room for everyone! Check in and check out was very easy! The only negative is we were only provided enough laundry detergent to wash the towels they required us to wash before we left. There was also no fabric softener. We could not wash our personal clothes which would of been nice after running a marathon! I otherwise we would stay at this house again.

#76 Beautiful and Accommodating Place, Needs a Little Upkeep

We loved staying in #76 this last weekend. This rental is spacious and modern, with lots of amenities, and great access to both pools.

However, we found a few items that needed to be updated or better maintained. Outdoor furniture was stained and had holes, and the lower patio was covered in roaches (NOT the best first impression!).

Guests staying in the rooms closest to the park and baseball diamond could hear music and experienced bright lights that made it difficult to sleep. This could easily be remedied with black out curtains, which would also muffle some of the noise.

The property also lists two PS4 game systems available, but the wireless controllers weren't charged, and the systems were missing proper hookup cables. We don't have this type of gaming equipment at home, and my kids had been looking forward to this special treat on vacation.

Other than that, we really appreciated the well-stocked kitchen with cleaning supplies and abundance of fresh towels. Thanks!

We couldn’t have rented a better home away from home. Everything a family could need was included. The coffee pot was broke and they delivered a brand new one within an hour.
The only thing that was wrong is the TV in the main master room didn’t work.

The property was great. There were a few items though: there were NO kitchen towels or dish rages. The code that was given was incorrect. Sheet were in the dryer and the TV sound bar didn't work. Other than these item my family that stayed in this house really enjoyed it.

First time using Utah’s Best Vacation Rental and hopefully not the last. The house was huge and right in the middle of the pools and the separate kids pool area. The beds were very comfortable. We did have issues with one of the air conditioning units but we made a call and after they monitored it remotely they texted us that someone would be right out and it was a holiday! Fixed without an issue. We also went to Ivan and Gunlock reservoirs and saw a mountain lion!! We went frog hunting by the pickle ball courts. A great time!!

This house was absolutely awesome, the location was the best. You’re 15mins from the heart of st George and 5mins from the mouth of snow canyon. I like being out of the busy city since we were there during spring break. The house if more the accommodating, the pools are super close the views from the upstairs balcony are breathtaking. The beds are also really comfy, and the master shower was awesome for getting the kids cleaned up after the pool days. Our kids rode scooters, we hung out and truly were relaxed. We will be staying here again!

We had a great stay here. It was a little further out than we expected but it had a lot to offer on location. Check in was a breeze, they emailed the door code multiple times before our stay. We didn't have to deal with anyone. We walked right in and made ourselves home. The condo was beautiful and has a perfect family set up. Every room had its own bathroom. The 2 living rooms were exactly what we needed. The kids played upstairs with all the games, toys and PS4s they had already there. They also enjoyed riding scooters and the swimming pool. It would've been nice if the other pool was heated. It was pretty crowded with everyone trying to swim in the only heated pool. The pickleball courts were nice. They were busy every morning with a long line, but after 1pm we were able to get a court. The only drawbacks we had was the water pressure in the showers were very weak. Also, It would've been nice to have a grassy area outback to play with the kiddies. Overall, the space and amenities offered at this condo could not be beat. We would definitely recommend to others and possibly stay in the future.

We love staying at paradise village! The pools and slides keep my kids busy all day. The harmons grocery store is so close and the best way to get any kind of food you would like! It is Really a little paradise!

The rental we stayed in was perfect for our family. It had everything we needed from pack n play and a high chair for our little one to Kayaks and Infatable Paddle boards. We loved this place as it also is so close to the city park where you can play pickle ball while still having it's own little private water park. My kids could have played in the lazy river all day everday! We will for sure be staying there again!

This home had everything we could have needed during our stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware, gadgets and even spices. Pool Toys, Paddle Boards. Every bedroom has a private full bathroom in addition to powder baths in the living areas. One improvement I would suggest are curtains as the shades are not light filtering which made it hard to sleep after 6am. Overall, impressive property would definitely rent it again!

We had a great experience in this condo. It had everything I needed. IT is clear the owners have spent a lot of time making sure they have all the extras one would need -- We went down for a soccer tournament for my son and they had a sun shade, camping chairs and a collapsible wagon we could use at the soccer games. . it was very clean. All the cooking supplies I needed. Even spices. I will definitely return.

Fantastic property. Great location I chose this house mostly because it had a main level bedroom with en- suite. My 43year old grandmother came and it was perfect for her. The other 3 bedrooms (upstairs) were also en-suite which was perfect. The 2 half baths for the guests were just right. The house has some lovely amenities. The tvs and internet were SO easy to use. (We have stayed at several vrbos that made it very complicated.) The little cart to help unload and load the car was amazing! Idk why I dont have one at home!! The location was easy as well. I was concerned it might be too far out, but even with the nearby road construction and detours it really wasnt that bad. AND- my new favorite gorocery store- Harmons is right there!! I that store. This is our 5th summer going to St George and the first time Ive been to a Harmons. We might be back next summer! . Thanks for having your house on vrbo!

Great home! Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, dishes. Amazing views from the balcony. Great seating in the outdoor space. Close to the pool too! Just a short walk! A few FYIs: Bring your own cooking sprays, oils, condiments as this home doesnt have a cupboard where other people leave things like that. We have stayed in other homes where they do have this so we were surprised when this home had nothing but salt and pepper and a spice rack. Also bring extra paper towels as we ran out after a day because we were only left one roll. The master bedroom bed is quite uncomfortable but the rest of the beds were fine!! Overall we loved our stay and would stay again! Awesome space!
