Three days in this stunning condo were not enough. It's beautifully decorated and meticulously clean. It felt like we were the first guests to stay there. We LOVED the layout! There are two large gathering areas and plenty of bathrooms. The view from the upper balcony is lovely and perfect when enjoyed from the private hot tub. It's very close to Snow Canyon, and we went hiking/running there twice. Also within walking distance is Harmons, my favorite grocery store, which was great for stocking the fridge and satisfying our gelato cravings. It was so nice hanging out at the condo and enjoying the amenities on-site that we didn't make it over to Zion National Park, but it really is well located for a day trip to the amazing hiking and sight-seeing there. Next time!

This rental property was perfect for our stay. Beautiful, Very clean, roomy, and comfortable. Property was better than the description and the location was excellent...close to trails to hike, bike and run. We loved having the hot tub and plenty of room to relax and visit on the deck and the pool was great as well. I highly recommend this rental property and I will definitely stay here again.

We chose this unit for our recent trip to southern Utah. We planned to explore national parks during our stay and we couldn't have been more pleased with our choice to rent at Paradise Village. The accommodations were incredibly clean, organized, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed to enjoy our week's vacation. The pool for the complex was literally right across the street for our unit. The pickle ball courts (with lights) were just behind our unit. It was easy to get to and from the complex during our daily outings. We had two families with a total of 9 people stay in the unit and it easily accommodated all of us. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, appliances, and other items to make our stay very pleasant. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We appreciated even a couple extra blankets to curl up on the couches with during the evening. It was very nice having two separate (and well furnished) living areas when adults wanted to watch something besides kids playing on the XBox. :-) Ample space in all rooms and closets. Santa Clara is very close to St. George where there are many food and shopping options. Having never traveled to Utah we weren't sure what to expect about things to see and do since our main plan was to visit Zion National Park (which we did). We are so glad about our choice to stay in Santa Clara at Paradise Village as it was very close to Snow Canyon State Park, Red Cliffs National Conservation Area and Dixie State University. We spent time exploring at all of them. Other places nearby that we enjoyed...Harmon's Grocery (coffee shop, great grocery store and bakery. Honey Cream cookies, oh my tastebuds)WingersThe Egg and I (breakfast)Kneaders (coffee and breakfast)Angelicas (mexican, YUM. The torta really was ginormous!)Iceberg Drive-In (ice cream, the MINI is HUGE!)Even Stevens (sandwiches and cookies are so good)You will not be disappointed to visit Santa Clara and stay in unit #72 at Paradise Village.

We stayed in #72. The home is very clean and well kept, and the dcor is tasteful and pleasing. My group consisted of 9 ladies. There were enough beds for everyone and plenty of bathrooms. The home is well-stocked toilet paper and towels for the bathrooms and the pool (much more of both items than I've seen at other vacation rentals). We enjoyed the use of the private hot tub and the fire pit. The kitchen was supplied with plenty of dishes, utensils and cookware. There was more than enough seating in the kitchen/living area and on the patios for everyone in the group. The patio furniture was very comfortable. Everyone stated the beds were comfortable, and were happy that every bedroom had a TV with Netflix. The pool at the resort is very large and the whole area is clean and well-kept.The home did have salt and pepper shakers, but that was the extent of any seasonings and spices. There were no zip lock bags, plastic wrap or aluminum foil provided. There were only 4 laundry pods provided.We had trouble connecting to the internet and using the DVD player in the downstairs living room, but the owners responded to these issues very quickly and were very friendly.The amenities stated that catering was available, I recommend the owners provide instructions in the home on how to use that service as well as a booklet of some sort listing activities and restaurants in the vicinity.Overall, I do recommend this home. My group really enjoyed our stay and we would definitely stay here again.

The property was great and the management was top notch. They were very quick to respond to messages and willing to help me with all our questions. Everything you needed was there and it was even labeled what was where and how many. I just loved how black and white the whole thing was. The resort is great though the pool can get a little crowded. It will hopefully get better once the other pools and lazy river are open.

Ive never stayed at a VRBO that was more well organized and comfortable than this one. It was also nice that every bedroom had a bathroom. That is always a perk for my married kids. Will stay here again.

The house was very clean and cozy, had everything we needed to function in the kitchen. Enjoyed the kids water park, walking distance to fields to play on and grocery store close which made dinners easy. I would recommend this location and house.

We came to southern Utah to explore some of the surrounding areas..Grand Canyon North Rim, Zion National Park and Page Arizona and its sites. We chose Zion Retreat to stay due to it being located with 2-3 hours of the sites we wanted to visit. We also wanted a place that had a resort feel with pools etc, that we could enjoy on the days we weren't sight seeing. Zion Retreat #72 was perfect for our two families..7 of us total. Each couple had their own master suite, and our teenager had his own bedroom and bathroom as well as the two 12 year olds having their own bedroom and bathroom. The upstairs living room was perfect for the kiddos to have their own space to watch TV and play XBox on the evenings we just took it easy.<br/>Well furnished and perfect size for us, and the pools were great! My only suggestion would be for the resort to supply floats for the lazy river. We did purchase noodles so we could float around the lazy river. That would be a great addition. <br/>Over all, our stay was excellent and for sure everything we expected and more! <br/>
