Overall

The house had everything we needed. It was fully stocked with all the baby necessities, everything we needed to cook and a garage full of fun toys for the kids. It was amazing that everyone had their own bathroom plus two extra 1/2 baths. The place was spotless! We loved the resort, the pool and courts provided hours of fun. It was convenient having our own private hot tub. The location of the resort and the view of snow canyon was unreal. We will definitely be back.

Was a great property to stay for our team and parents were able to also stay in the community in other homes, which was also wonderful and convenient for all. Glad we came across Paradise Village and UBVR, sure makes things easy for us on future visits.

We checked this place out this last fall. Wow is all I need to say. We loved it so much that we are returning this spring with all our Children and Grand Children. It will be so much fun having everyone together in this entertainers dream. No need to leave the property with so much to do at this house and in the commons areas. This place or Disneyland? I choose this place. So up to date and clean. If you want to spend time with your family and less time out looking for things to do then this is your place. I plan on reserving every year. Enjoy

Rented this place for our family reunion. There were ten of us, three being small children. It was better than expected. Everything was clean and all we needed was available. Paradise Village has the pools for everyone, lazy river and slides. The management kept in touch in case we needed anything. We were quite busy so we didn't really use the TV's but assumed they worked. I would highly recommend staying here and if we do another reunion in Santa Clara we would definitely rent again.

Fantastic unit for our family. Each couple/family had their own room with a bathroom! We didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. The home was beautiful and well stocked. Loved that there were pool towels, a pack n play and high chair that we didn’t have to bring with us! Saved tons of room in our car. We loved that there were some pool toys in the garage too! The internet was quite slow and although the home was lovely, you could tell it was used often. The unit was in a great location, VERY close to both pools. Carpets need cleaning, it wasn’t thoroughly vacuumed (baby found tons of popcorn kernels under the bed), baseboards very dingy. Also, the baby gate was great to have, although the stairs were too wide and it didn’t work.
Overall, would definitely book again and recommend.

This is the second time we have rented this same house.. it is in a perfect location.. Right in the middle of both pools.. love the big open rooms and hot tub on the deck. This house has everything you need.. My family loves to ride bikes and it has a super bike trail. We go for rides on our bikes at night to listen to the frogs.. The house has bikes also.. I think we will continue renting it every year!

Overall great - great beds, bread dining room table. I left some suggestions - like labeling remotes like everything else, fixing the drawers in the sofa table in the kitchen. The roof leaking was unfortunate and we understand that.

Canyon View Retreat is a great place for families to relax and have fun. It is nicely located near Snow Canyon. The water park at Paradise Village is so much fun. Our kids played for hours on the slides and the lazy river. The house was spacious and we had plenty of room for everyone. The pool table was fun, the bunk room was great for little kids, and the living room had big couches for movie nights. The big upstairs deck with the hot tub was also fun to sit on at night and enjoy the stars. The only issue we had with the home was the dirty, discolored, and stained carpets. It looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a very long time.

We had a blast at this home. Good location. Between two fun pools, pickle ball park and walking/bike trails. Hot tub was nice and relaxing. We had fun playing pool and ping pong. The only thing I wish they would tell what was in the home! Griddle, utensils, bikes, beach towels. We brought our own. I would recommend this home to everyone! Nice and clean. Good location.

I would recommend this unit to any one with a group of 12-15 people looking to stay in Santa Clara. This is our second time to Paradise Village but fist time staying in #56. There was ample sleeping room and bathrooms around every corner. The hot tub was nice and well maintained. There is a game room with pool and ping pong. Paradise Village is awesome anyway with its pool, pickle ball courts and proximity to snow canyon. With everything #56 has, our stay was perfect.

We've stayed at Paradise Village 3 times, but never this home. We liked staying here and it gave us more room than the previous 2 homes, which was just perfect for what we wanted. We loved the whole experience. We had more people with us this time and they loved it too. We will for sure be back again this year.

My boys played hours on the XBox after our day trips to the canyons nearby. We loved hanging out in the pools too. Paradise Village is such a gorgeous place to stay and this home is just wonderful. Spacious, kitchen stocked, and so stylish. We loved having a private hot tub to and the views were spectacular while sitting in the hot tub. We will definitely be back.

First time we have stayed in a home instead of a condo and this home was seriously the best. We have never had a time when we stayed somewhere and had our own private billiards table and 2nd family room. That was just the coolest for all of us. We played every day as a family and had the time of our lives. Of course, the pools and pickleball were a hit too. Just loved it all. Thanks so much for opening up this opportunity for our family. We will never go back to small condos.
