My wife and 3 kids were passing through on our way to Zions National Park and have never stayed in Santa Clara before. My friend referred me to Utahs Best Vacation Rentals and they recommended I stay in this home overlooking the pool at Occotillo. We have never seen such beauty with the red mountains. The clubhouse was great for the kids and the pools and splash pad were amazing. We had a great time and will be back soon. I highly recommend. Being from California, we don't see things like this very much.

The kids loved hanging out at the pool while we relaxed on the patio and watched them have fun. It was the perfect weekend. Thank you so much for your hospitality. We love this new community and can't wait to come back. The rates were a bit less than the surrounding resort communities, and it's not over crowded as it is still a newer resort. Call me selfish, but I'm secretly hoping no one else finds out about this place.

Our tropical vacation got canceled so we got this place in St George. Plenty of space, amenities (pool, splash pad, clubhouse, pickle ball courts) were beautiful and location was great! We appreciated the pickle ball paddles and balls that were in the garage so we could enjoy this new activity! Located very close to Snow Canyon and had lovely views of the canyon. I would highly recommend this rental and plan on staying again in the future.

We loved our stay at this rental. There were just a couple things we would mention; 1. the pool lights and water on the slide only worked the first couple days, then stopped working, but there was no # to call for the overall property maintenance. (home owner had a property instruction book on the counter, they could add that contact info for future issues??) 2. there was no broom at the property to be able to clean throughout the week. 3. ice maker in the fridge didn't work well. hardly made any ice. 4. screen patio door off kitchen kept coming off the track. Other than these items we had a great stay and really enjoyed it. Beds were so comfortable! Thank you.

My kids and I had a blast staying in this home overlooking the pool and hot tub and right next to the clubhouse with all kinds of games, a kitchen and lounge area. The Splash Pad is amazing too. We loved the pickle ball and close proximity to Snow Canyon and all the hiking and biking. We will definitely be back soon.

I am a realtor in WA state and expect a LOT when I rent a home. I was blown away with this one! This is a town home that does not feel like one at all. Not a peep through the walls from the neighbors and the size of the place makes it feel like an unattached property. We had a small maintenance issue that got fixed after just one phone call... they seem to be on top of things. Overall, I may need to purchase a vacation rental in this area!

We loved staying in this home. So convenient and it was very clean and well equipped. The views are incredible and the clubhouse was awesome with games and a kitchen and lounge area. This community is very nice and wasnt overcrowded like other communities nearby. This is our new favorite vacation spot.

We stayed here over Thanksgiving Break and all I can say is WOW! My kids loved the bunk bed rooms. There was enough for all four of my little kids to have their own bed. The really loved having the club house with all the games they had inside. I loved being able to BBQ and watch the kids play in the Pool area. The splash pad is going to be a hit when it's open, so we can't wait to come back. The house was so amazing and had everything we needed to make our Thanksgiving meal. We loved how well decorated the home was and how fresh and clean everything was. We are already planning our next trip to come back and stay in this gorgeous resort. Thank you Utah's Best Vacation Rentals for making my family have the best time during our Thanksgiving stay.
