We just spent a week in this condo. It was me, my husband, 2 adult daughters and my teenage son. We used it as our home base and traveled to Zion everyday (about 35 minute drive). It was brand new, impeccably clean, and had a very nicely equipped kitchen.....including a griddle and waffle maker. The check in system was easy and they have a book that gives property details which was very helpful. We used the pool each day after hiking and my son played Xbox each night. I would highly recommend this property due to the cleanliness which is super important to me. This place was about as close to being home as you can get. Very comfortable sectionals to relax and watch tv and comfortable beds/bedding for sleeping. Great price too,

I had 3 couples and 4 kids come and stay and we all loved the home. Very nicely furnished and the Utahs Best Vacation Rentals was so great to deal with. The home was spotless and their instructions were simple yet detailed. We had the best weekend ever and the location of Vida Sol is so convenient. Cant wait to come back.

Location & Amenities Were Better Than We Could Have Imagined.

We needed a home base for a family wedding, and it turned out to be a much better pick than we realized. We fell in love with Washington City. The Old Town is small but very cool - especially ice cream at The Red Barn. We even walked on the trail to Black Bear Diner. And only a few miles to Costo, Best Buy, In-N-Out, and other restaurants. The home was brand new and so clean. Everything was top notch. We swam in the swimming pool more than we expected and we really loved having our own fenced, quiet, safe and secluded backyard and hot tub. We had no idea so many fun things to do were so close. My boys won't stop talking about their favorite part of the trip: The Grip ninja training center. Most of our trip was spent with family - we wished we had more time to explore the other spots we learned were nearby - like the community center, Staheli Farm, trails, lakes, rivers, sand dunes, golf, Brigham's Playhouse, and ATV options. We will definitely be back.

This house is well equipped and has everything you need. Located not far from all the surrounding amenities. We enjoyed having our own hot tub and quick access to the community pool.

We stayed for a full week. We enjoyed a well provisioned kitchen, brand new washer and dryer.. everything at the house was quality.Full garage with opener was awesome! We used the condo as a home base for mountain biking in the region.Being in the Washington area was actually quite central to the whole area, st George, Hurricane, LaVerkin. We will stay there again when we come to the area.

The home itself is new, spotless, spacious. The furnishings were all new and well thought out and very comfortable. The appliances were all first rate and brand new. I would stay at this property again the next time I come to st George. I think that staying in Washington (where this property is) is the most ideal. In Washington you are centrally located between St George and Hurricane- and it’s easy to get to any part of the whole region actually. Another huge plus for this house was the spacious Garage w auto opener. We came to mountain bike and that garage made it easy to pull in w out vehicle and the bikes. No fussing around bringing the bikes in the house as the garage was perfectly secure.

Beautiful home, great for large families with lots of kids. If there were more kitchen supplies e.g. pots and a griddle, large bowls, and garbage bags and dish and laundry soap, it would be perfect.
