This place was beautiful! We loved staying here. We stayed here with a large youth group from church and this was amazing home so much room. My only concern was that it was not the same as the pictures. Which was not a problem if I am being honest but just thought it was interesting it wasn’t the same house. All the amenities and rooms were the same just different pictures. You will not be disappointed staying here.

Great family stay here in December 2022 w/ approximately 20 people, including are young kids. Easy 2-hour drive from Las Vegas. Hot tub was warm upon arrival! They had a lot of kitchen necessities. It was also nice that they had some kids' toys for us and a few board games. We brought our own, but this was a nice touch. The pool table downstairs was really fun. We couldn't utilize the ping pong table b/c it was too cold in the garage in December. The 3-car garage is huge, great for all the extra gear for our big party. Wish list: maybe another fridge in the garage. Since the house can accommodate so many people, I think another fridge would be helpful for all the food we needed. Harmon's Grocery & Dollar Tree were close by, but we had a lot of ethnic food that we brought with us. I will definitely rent from them again if we're making a trip out to this part of Utah. Great communication with the team and I booked 3+ months in advance. Make sure you don't forget to sign all the paperwork and send your ID copy to them. It was all so smooth. If we do come back during the warmer months, we look forward to using the water features of the complex.

We had a great time! The house had plenty of space for our group of 20. Great home! I would definitely recommend it. The pools were great for all our kids. Property managers do need to make sure the major windows get cleaned. Living room windows were unpleasant to try to look through. There are quite a few bikes but they needed maintenance to be operational. I still give the home a great rating but I left a list of things the property managers could address to make it better. Thank You for opening your home! We enjoyed our stay!???

We loved this house. It was perfect for our 19 person group. My only complaint is that there is a smell in the basement, that is overwhelming when you walk down the stairs, and I think the toilet in the hallway bathroom might not be sealed all the way (has a smell in it). But, we really enjoyed our stay. We want to stay again, but the basement smell needs to be addressed:(

Clean, large, home in a great location! The hot tub was new and big enough to fit 8 adults and a couple kids. Everyone enjoyed their own space with a bedroom and bathroom. The open areas were awesome for our group of 21. The only issue we had were the pool paddles were missing key fobs to allow entry into the pool. After 2 calls and about 4 hours the office dropped off replacement fobs.

Great place for our family reunion. Lots of dishes and kitchenware. Everything was clean and ready for checkin. One maintenance issue was handled promptly after we told the host. One thing to be on the lookout for: on the top bunk downstairs, it can be easy to accidentally get hit by the ceiling fan so may not be appropriate for the faint of heart.

We read the different reviews and we had an open mind. The house was massive. There were bedrooms enough for all the families and grandkids. They were finishing up the cleaning when we arrived. 16 of our 30 people were under the age of 11 so having a few little spots on the carpet meant we could relax and not stress about sippy cup drips. The furnishings were great. Big sofas, BIG table and space for the little ones to run around while the grownups could lounge. The kitchen had every pot and pan we needed and big enough to make massive meals. We loved the pools. The kiddie pools and slides and the lazy river were the kids favorite part. The adult pools were nice to use after the kids went to bed. Harmons was around the corner for forgotten last minute items. The whole experience was a joy. We plan on coming back.

P.S. As soon as we pulled out of the driveway, there were professional carpet cleaners waiting to clean.

This property was a lovely and it was a great place for us to be together Grandma her children and her grandchildren. We spent days exploring the areas around us Zion the Red cliffs and the Grand Canyon -North rim. We had afternoons and evenings together in the house playing games are going to the pool and water park area just having a fun time being together. This is a lovely house and everything we needed was there. So thankful that this vacation rental was available.

This property had everything we were hoping for! It accommodated our entire family, everyone having a bed, bathroom, and plenty of relaxing space! Tv’s in each room, very clean, and just felt like home! Huge bonus was the pickleball courts, swimming, bikes, ping pong, basketball, shopping, and movie theatre near by! We will for sure be staying here again in the future! So fun! We also called because the dishwasher wasn’t working, and someone was there within an hour, great communication with owners. Really enjoyed our time here!

Extremely nicely appointed; abundance of room; well equipped kitchen allowed us to easily prepare and serve meals to 14 people. Rooms are all nicely appointed and beds quite comfortable. Loved having the hot tub in the evenings. Appreciate the frequent automated emails and electronic access. Pool areas are nice, but our schedule was full and then weather turned cooler, so we didn't take advantage of. As has been stated in previous reviews (so would suggest these need to be addressed) there are many stains on the carpets - I'm sure a professional cleaner can easily lift these up - and all the pool cues are either cracked or missing tips or both. We really wanted to play every evening, but never used after the 1st night. Thank you for providing your home as a great gathering place for family!

Our whole family had a great time staying here. There was plenty of space and activities for all of the younger kids to enjoy themselves. Great access to lots of outdoor activities. Property could have been a little cleaner and in better shape. Toys had been left by beds in rooms from previous stays. Some pictures were falling off walls. Had to fix sliding glass door while we were there so it would shut. Overall it was a great place to stay though.

Our church singles ministry loved staying at this property. They were amazing by all the amenities. The kitchen had everything we needed, the rooms we comfy, towels fully stocked. We enjoyed the fire pit, grill, and access to the pool. There was. a hiking area nearby. We couldn't have dreamed up a better location. We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The house was clean and exactly what we needed for our family reunion. We loved the space, multiple rooms for adults and children to enjoy, all the amenities and the fantastic pool areas!! We had 29 people in this house and always had plenty of space for entertaining and room for everyone.
The location is excellent as is it only 15 minutes from St. George, 8 minutes from Snow Canyon State Park, and about one hour from Zion’s National Park.
There are two different pool areas, which really helps so they aren’t overcrowded. We enjoyed many hours at both pools and all the kids had a great time with the slides and the lazy river.
The house was exactly as described. It was very spacious and clean. There are plenty of televisions (one in every bedroom and both living rooms), the pool table provided a lot of entertainment, and there is even a little playroom under the stairs for the little children to enjoy. The barbecue grill worked great. We did not use the hot tub, as it was already plenty hot in August and there is one hot tub at each pool.
The only suggestions I have for improvement would be to have some fans available to help cool the rooms in the hot summer months and perhaps a second fridge (maybe in the garage or basement) would have been extremely helpful!
The basement got hot, especially the large bunk room. Sleeping multiple people in one room that size will get hot. Having a box fan or two stored in the closet would have been greatly appreciated!
Having 29 people in one house we filled up the fridge quickly! I know it’s not always needed, but extra fridge or freezer space would have been great. Just a thought for future large groups. Maybe the garage is too hot for a fridge or freezer though.
We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back in the future!

Paradise Village is a perfect place for a family trip. The home we stayed in had everything we needed and more. The beds were so comfortable and the size of home fit our family of seventeen. Utah’s Best Vacation Rentals are so good to work with and very friendly and helpful. The only problem we encountered was the advertising in the binder which stated that Swig would give a free cookie with a purchase of a drink. Swig told us that it was a hoax?
Everything else was perfect.

We stayed here for a family getaway. This house is amazing. The kitchen is well stocked. There was 21 of us in the house and it accommodated all of us well. The kids loved the pool with the lazy river and water slides. It was convenient to have the Harmon’s grocery store so close. The views were amazing! We will definitely be back!

This was the absolutely perfect home for a large family vacation. Everyone had something to do and the kids were occupied with all the games, heated pools, bikes etc. We could all eat meals together with the large table and bar with seating in thee kitchen. We all want o come back!

We love this house! We have stayed in it more than once. We did notice that the house is starting to show some wear and tear. One of the beds in the basement is a little rickety and the furniture in the living rooms are looking a bit worn, but overall it is a very beautiful place to spend a vacation. I love that there are plenty of beds for everyone and a large table we can all gather and eat at. It also has plenty of plates, utensils, and cook ware. I wish there were more dish cloths, dish towels, and scrubbing spong for the kitchen and I also wish it had more plastic containers that could be used for storing uneaten food after meals. Saran wrap would’ve been nice. A little more laundry detergent and shampoo would have been nice for a house that holds so many people.

We had a wonderful stay here. Five families for a short weekend. Loved the pool, went hiking at Snow Canyon. The house is so well stocked and has amazing amenities—owners thought of everything! We will definitely remember this place and hopeto stay here again

Beautiful home! It truly is a family home and it was set up just right for our family reunion. It was great to have the pool so close as well. The hosts always responded quickly to our questions. This house is amazing. This was the first time our family has rented a big house for all of us to fit in together and now we want to do it every year. This house is stocked with dishes, linens and towels, games, firepit and BBQ and the pool is awesome!! It ends up being quite a bit more than they advertise by the time all the fees are added in- but a great spot!!

We really can't imagine staying in a hotel ever again. This home is amazing! Well stocked kitchen, plenty of games/toys, bikes, yard games, and lots more. Would highly recommend for large groups wanting to stay together, our kids loved the bunk beds! Property was clean and rental process was quite easy.

So much space. Wonderful activities. TV's in each bedroom with lots of DVD's and books and games. Loved the labels on the kitchen cupboards. Didn't have to spend lots of time trying to find a pan or spatula. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Incredible home to stay with a group or family with kids. We absolutely loved this home and will be back for many years. It literally has every toy, yard game, and equipment for fun outdoor games imaginable. They even have a large inflatable slide you can rent and they setup for you. We loved the pickle ball and the pool. Kids played for hours. We had our whole family together in one home and it was the best time ever. We chose this home over others in the village because of the yard, hot tub, and extra privacy in the corner with room to play. We are glad we did, and we save a lot of money with a much better rate. Harmon's is just a short walking distance away for awesome food selections. We just fell in love with Paradise Village and Utah's Best Vacation Rentals.

I was so impressed with the size, beauty, and extra fun activities with this home. I had planed some hikes but the kids had so much fun with everything to do at the house they didn't want to leave. That actually made it nice when the babies need to nap. The pool is amazing and so kid friendly. Tons of indoor and out door activities for all ages. They had bikes to ride, ping pong, badminton, great selection of toys, movies and board games. The list is long.This was the one place where all ages of our family,from babies to teens to grandparents, could really do just what they wanted to. We had the best time and can't wait to come back.
