From the paper towels, to the games, the wonderful beds of every size and kind to the tall ceilings and home design that really made you feel like a Queen and King. It was tremendous to for everyone of our family and friends. I know they were impressed. We also appreciated the trust you showed in our family in allowing us to come in and enjoy all that you had to offer. There is not enough time or space to list every terrific detail we loved and appreciated in our seven day stay. Next time, two weeks!Utahs Best Vacation Rentals (UBVR) will certainly be highly recommended to our friends and family as we tell me about our terrific visit at your resort in Santa Clara, Utah all of last week. In fact we loved it so much we changed all of our plans to stay an extra day! The amenities were far beyond what we expected and we soaked in everything we could. Both gigantic pool areas with spas, slides, lazy river and swimming pools of every level for our my three children, mother-in-law and father. It was just perfect!PVZ #26: Red Rock Hideaway has already been recommended to a friend at work because of the excitement it generated with my whole family last week. Having that Jacuzzi up on the second floor was marvelous, the super large living rooms both upstairs and downstairs as well as the use of all five bathrooms, which we really needed. It was great. Plus, there wasn't hardly anything we thought of that we wanted that wasn't already placed in the unit ready for our immediate use. It was unbelievable to say the least.The total property was well manicured, in most excellent condition and the design and architecture made me and my family so proud to be associated with such a home and complex. It was like UBVR designers, owners and developers sat down together for a year and thought about the greatest rental complex and units they could design both inside and out and fill it with everything anyone would want or need for a family vacation. It was way beyond our expectations. This is the fourth community we have tried and it turns out being the best of them all! And we thank you.

Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is immaculate and well-stocked with kitchen essentials and linens. The ping pong table, jacuzzi on the deck, and patio misters are added bonuses! The Paradise Village common pool and spa are perfect for hours of family entertainment. Active visitors will enjoy the miles of bike/running paths in the area as well as community pools for lap swimming. We saw Matilda the musical at Tuacahn, hiked nearby Snow Canyon, and visited Zion during our stay. Will definitely be back!

We had a lovely stay and things were all accounted for on the listing, however, we had a really rough time with some key features- the sink faucet, dishwasher, washer and dryer didn’t function. It was tough to keep the space clean because of it- it added more headache to our vacation. We tried chatting with Utah’s best but they have not been responsive. I realize this is a amanagement company issue- but the owners should know. I also wish things were cleaner- the carpet had stains, the stair railings were loose- kids could fall through, and the patio furniture and fireplace were really dirty. Again- the place was as described except the cleanliness and dysfunctioning amenities. They did bring a new queen blow up mattress when the one in the house leaked the first night.

Good input we have shared with our whole team and have addressed. We try our best to keep up with the repairs we know need to be fixed, but this home is rented back-to-back throughout summer months, so it is a challenge for our team to get it all done before the next guest arrives just hours later. Carpet cleaning is the same challenge. We clean every 6 months, but some carpets get dirtier faster and we try to keep up with getting our cleaner in there with time to still dry before the next guests arrive. W are sorry you feel we are doing less than stellar job at managing the home, but if you knew all the behind-the-scenes reasons, you would likely be more forgiving and patient. Upon arrival house was clean and set up beautifully! Everything was as it had said. Hot tub wasn't very hot and water was murky but maintenance team came right out and within 24 hours it was hot and clean! Kitchen sink had zero water pressure so doing the dishes was kind of a pain with a dribble of water coming out. Sheets in both the master bedrooms were pretty scratchy and nubby. Location and amenities were awesome. Washing machine kept getting stuck on drain and spin so that should be addressed. Management team was very helpful and we love to come stay in this subdivision! Will def come back to it.

This was a great rental. It met our expectations and we had a wonderful time. My only issue is that the washer was not working. We did not try to use because it said it was not working. Would have been much better for the 16 of us if we would have had access to the washer.

Overall a nice house -- the coffee maker was broken but we called and they replaced it immediately, which was really nice and professional. Washing machine also didn't work, which we found out when it was too late to address. There was used gum on a lamp shade (gross) and a couple of squished bugs on the floor. Cleanliness wasn't great. Also never found the "pool paddles" -- whatever they are...luckily someone let us into the pool area. The hot tub and firepit were nice and the house had a lot of space and was overall lovely. The not great things weren't a huge deal for us and it was overall a nice stay.

We had a good time for a good price! Want to give a shout out to the maintenance people who fixed a clogged kitchen sink. They were great and so fast!

Our family really enjoyed everything about this property. Having the pool within walking distance as well as plenty of options at the house when colder weather set in made our stay really great. We lived that there were bathrooms off each bedroom and that there were several entertainment areas for kids and adults. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Overall, the place was very nice and clean. I really liked the layout. I was a little disappointed with the fold-out couches. They are basically fold-out ottomans. It’s really only a small twin bed fit for a child. I was also disappointed with the lack of supplies in the house. There was no Kleenex, no cleaning supplies, they only give you maybe 8 to 10 trashbags, five tide pods, five laundry pods. This was super frustrating when you wanted to wash towels or blow your nose. I feel like if you’re paying this much money the house should be fully stocked. I had to call Utah vacation rentals on the last day to bring more trash bags so I could clean out the fridge on our way out. They never delivered any. They also want you to do two loads of laundry before you leave, but at that point all of the tide pods were gone. They need to give you more supplies. Also, The unit needs another trashcan. Upon arrival one of the trash cans was totally full. We had nowhere to empty our trash. It was a little things like this that made the stay frustrating. Everything felt a little cheap to me. I have stayed in other rentals and have never felt like this before. I will probably look at other rentals before I rent this one again.

We try hard to provide the standard supplies the average group size for this home will need. While we think we have a pretty good estimate, sometimes it's not so comments from guests are very useful. We will consider your suggestions to make things even better. We don't provide Kleenex, but trash cans should never been full to where you aren't able to use them. It was a clean home with comfortable beds. We loved using the kitchen and grill with everything we seemed to need stocked in the cupboards. The pools are fun. The kids loved swimming and playing pickle ball. We have rented these homes 4 times now and enjoy them every time!

We fit three families in here and had a blast. This kids loved the bunk room and all of us enjoyed being together in the open space (kitchen and living room). Everything we needed was right there and we especially loved the pools! We will be back again!

Great little family vacation. Pools were closed but the hot tub made up for it. We were able to relax and spend family time together. Office was slow in responding to us when we were trying to book our vacation. Other than that it was super!

When the stay at home mandate came out and we needed to get away still, this was the perfect place to self quarantine as a family and still get a little spring break warm weather as a family. House was perfect and clean. Lots of outdoor activities we could do as a family and still distance ourselves as was being requested. Highly recommend this place and all of the homes in the community. Incredible concept and will be back soon.... in fact we rebooked to go back in three weeks we had so much fun. Price when you factor in cost of eating out and inconvenience of doing so makes this so much better and cost effective than a traditional hotel stay and we had 10X’s the space. This is the new way to vacation IMO!!!!

We came into town to visit family and ended up all hanging out at this home in Paradise Village. Very comfortable and well equipped. The owner and management really need to be commended because everything was very nice! We had a great bbq and used the hot tub and played games and watched movies for days. I highly recommend this home and Paradise Village.

We stayed the weekend in this home and it is FAR better than any hotel we've ever stayed it. We love the space for the extended family to all dine together. The BBQ and Jacuzzi was a hit and everything that we needed was there. This house is super clean and modern!

This property is amazing! The kids love the amenities and the short distance to the pool. It is wonderful!

The ping pong table, jacuzzi on the deck, and patio misters are added bonuses!

Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is immaculate and well-stocked with kitchen essentials and linens. The Paradise Village common pool and spa are perfect for hours of family entertainment. Active visitors will enjoy the miles of bike/running paths in the area as well as community pools for lap swimming. We saw Matilda the musical at Tuacahn, hiked nearby Snow Canyon, and visited Zion during our stay. Will definitely be back!
