My entire family including parents and grandparents and multiple kids stayed with us this year and this home was perfect. Very well stocked, very clean and very comfortable. Paradise Village was amazing and so was Utahs Best. We will definitely be back next year and will be booking this home.

Easy to work with. The check in and check out was a breeze. We experienced no issues on our four day stay. Great stay. The house was clean. Plenty of linens and well stocked kitchen. We stayed in the queen room. The mattress sags in the middle. Perhaps you could replace it with a king bed. The pools were really fun for the whole family. And we had perfect weather for hanging out on the deck.

Everything was as described. It's a nice, spacious rental with plenty of the standard amenities. Pool areas are fun for kids.

Recommendation: Need to improve the standard internet provided. The standard network was very slow, and we were all constantly being logged out and required to log back in. This seems like "table steaks" for a rental property, and it was a bit of a hassle for us and our kids.

We stayed here for spring break with our family and thoroughly enjoyed the vacation! Super clean home, well stocked and the perfect distance from each pool. Booking and check-in were seamless! No issues until we checked out and realized we had forgotten a couple items. We promptly called to explain where they’d been left and if they could be located for us to pick up and were told we’d have to wait until the next guests checked out. But they should have been located during the cleaning process between stays?! After multiple calls over a weeks time with no return we received an email stating the items had not been found after the next family had checked out �� Our items still have not been recovered and are probably in someone else’s hands. A little frustrated with the customer service. Two of the items were irreplaceable baby items. 4 out of 5 stars simply because we could not get a clear answer or response as to what happened to our items during the cleaning process or what our next step could be!

We loved our stay! The home was so clean when we arrived everything was labeled and organized. There were so many rooms that everyone had their own room and bathroom. All amenities were available to us. We loved the pool and this home is close to the pool with an easy walking path behind the houses straight to the gate. It was nice to have access to the garage as well. We used our own Roku stick to watch some shows and the TVs are mounted such that you can get to the ports easily. Overall this was a great vacation and we would go back to this until again in the future.

From the paper towels, to the games, the wonderful beds of every size and kind to the tall ceilings and home design that really made you feel like a Queen and King. It was tremendous to for everyone of our family and friends. I know they were impressed. We also appreciated the trust you showed in our family in allowing us to come in and enjoy all that you had to offer. There is not enough time or space to list every terrific detail we loved and appreciated in our seven day stay. Next time, two weeks!

We were at Paradise Village over the Memorial Day weekend and loved every minute we were there. Every house was full to bursting, but we were never crowded. The house comfortable slept all 14 of us in the four bedrooms. The dining room inside that the back patio out held enough seating and food prep area for all we wanted to do. The pools and hot tub were the best feature of the property. We loved getting an email with instructions for the keypad entry, house amenities, and rules. Check in and out was very easy and fast. We would stay again in a heartbeat!
