Just a short walk from your townhome is this brand new complex (housed where the old Green Valley Spa used to be) that features the RinQ, an indoor roller rink, complete with a DJ booth, glow-in-the-dark black lighting and large disco ball for the best cosmic old-school roller skating in St. George! On They also have "Nets On Fire", indoor basketball or volleyball courts you can rent out as a sports team, or as just a drop-in visitor to play some hoops. Prices vary, call ahead. They also offer a small outdoor putting green, game tables, indoor/outdoor seating. Rollerblading is allowed and they offer skate rentals and skate maids for beginners to avoid falling.

Located just behind the Vue community is incredible open land managed by the BLM. It offers some of the best trails in all of St. George. You can enjoy adventures like rapelling, canyon ziplining, and ATVing for miles and miles.

You can't go wrong with this home. It's a beauty. I would stay here again in a heartbeat based on the comfortable beds, spacious open layout, and access to the fun pool and pickleball courts in the community. The family loved it and we were close proximity to St. George sites an stores.

Overall

Great home, such a fun new community right behind the Las Palmas resort where we've gone for years. We walked 2 minutes to the new roller rink that have built here where the old Las Palmas spa was. It's so cool how much they have here to do for fun. When we weren't swimming in the pool and playing pickleball, we hung out here and played all day and night. The kids loved it so much! We did dinner BBQs on the patio which had a nice BBQ and plenty of seating. Then we did a day at Sand Hollow sandduning on ATVs (highly recommend) and a day at Zion (super busy, go early). We loved it so much, thanks for great memories!

It was a beautiful spacious condo. Well stocked with appliances for conscience. Staying here was convenient. Loved that were were not in main St George, but close enough that it wasn’t much of a drive.

Items provided for activities (Pickleball, basketball, ping pong, etc) were in good condition.

Staying here was our best visit to St. George so far. Spacious, every supply provided you could ever need, and the home is brand new and beautiful. We grilled on back patio, swam, pickleballed a ton, and used the Las Palmas pool facility which is short walk away. We loved it all. Thanks so much!

Really a nice property. Great service, so clean and comfortable. Loved the patio and balconies. Furniture was new and comfortable. Kitchen had everything for meals, and we loved the beds. 3-stories was cool too. Pools were clean and welcoming. Great home and we will be back.
