We’ve been coming every fall and spring to watch my grandson play baseball. This is our favorite place we’ve ever rented. We loved it. It is beautiful, clean, and has a really great water park. We loved it and hope to stay here again.

We loved the location and the amenities. We biked, we swam, groceries and near by food were great! We did snow canyon, the St. George children’s museum, the dinosaur museum, pioneer and red hills garden parks. We walked to near by playgrounds and played some pickle ball. There was lots to do and lots of fun! One thing I did learn is that deliveries via Amazon or the postal service and ups will not be made to a vacation rental. (Maybe something to list in the welcome packet.)

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The pools were close by and so much fun for my kids. The area and scenery was very beautiful and not to far out from major shopping and restaurants. The house was very spacious and clean with a nice sitting area out on the back porch. The house also had a ping pong table in the garage which was a lot of fun to play. Overall it was a very nice stay and I would come back to this house again.

It was so nice that it is a close walk to a park and pickleball courts. There are games, towels, hair dryer, grill, and the kitchen is fully stocked with all the dishes you need, even an air fryer! I do wish they had large shampoo and conditioner in their showers. As well as some lotion in the bathrooms. They had pickleball stuff, ping pong supplies, badminton, floaties for kids, frisbees, one bike, balls, etc. Right around the corner from Harmons and the dollar store. A place where you don’t even really have to leave the community to do other things! We would love to come back!

A few minor details: the master bedroom is not dark even at night, would recommend owner purchase black out curtains for a more restful sleep. Also, gym had several broken items of equipment. Lastly, Wi-Fi is not very strong to work from the house. Would recommend improving signal speed and strength. Overall, it was a great place, my family had a nice week stay.

We loved the house and it was perfect for our family! The community was very nice and our kids loved the pools. My only complaint would be that I thought that each house had a max number of people that could stay in it. We had a house a few down from us that literally had over 20 kids. They were never a problem while we stayed at the house, but at the community pool it was a mad house whenever that group showed up. With only 3 adults and 20+ kids, that group was out of control and not enjoyable to use the community pools with.

The property was clean and organized. The pools were busy but I wouldn't expect them not to be. Really close to Snow Canyon and 12 minutes from downtown. Harmon's is right next to the property so it was super convenient to show up and grab groceries for the weekend. Overall we had a great time and would stay at this same property again for sure.

This is a great rental!! It was clean, fully stocked, and roomy! The property has a pool and mini-water park which was very fun! There are other things to do as well. The house comes with a ping pong table and a bike. Located on the West end of town it was nice to be away from all the people. I would stay here again!

The beds were very comfortable. Had a little trouble with the remotes not working properly on the TV but eventually figured out. The pool area was lots of fun for everyone. The fitness center needs a serious upgrade as the machines were falling apart. Plenty of parking. Very clean home, but would’ve appreciated a canister of Clorox wipes given recent pandemic. Would definitely stay here again.

We had more than enough room in this home! We also had everything we needed to make it a great home base for a fraction of the cost it would have been staying at a Hotel closer to the places we visited (Bryce, Zion). It's a hot hot time to visit, but the awesome central AC kept it very comfortable.

This beat all expectations. This is just as good as a property that you would pay $100 more a night. Very spacious. Love the 3 showers. The community swimming pool got used more than we anticipated, due to how conveniently located it was across the street. Just 10 minute drive to Tuachan Amphitheater. Great overall experience.

Perfect! It was so nice to be in the comfort of a home for our stay! You had everything you needed! Pool, across the street, BBQ grill on the deck and comfy recliners in the living room to read your book! Loved that each bedroom had their own bathroom, rooms were large and home is open and spacious! Kitchen is well equipped, showers were great and views from the windows of the red cliffs pleasing! Walking in the neighborhood was great and grocery store within walking distance also. You won't be disappointed staying here! We will be back!!

Though we didn't spend much time there (we were out all day every day and only were there to sleep), it was a beautiful home. The only downfall, would have been nice to have coffee filters, maybe some more seasonings other than salt/pepper, and more towels. There is a very nice grocery store down the street, but to not have some basics in the home and having to purchase some of the stuff for a short stay only to pack it out with you because it will be tossed is the only complaint.

We couldn't have been happier with Utah's Best Vacation Rentals or the beautiful home we rented. We've had bad experiences with homeowners on VRBO before so we try and only stay with professional property managers like Utah's Best so we feel more confident about having an experience exactly like the one we just had. The home was brand new, very nicely furnished with extremely comfortable beds. We were also surprised how well the kitchen was stocked and that we had all kinds of games and nice details we rarely find staying in other homes. Paradise Village at Zion is beautiful and the red mountains and black lava beds are truly something that everyone should experience. Now that Harmons is opening in Feb, it will even be that much better. Thank you again as we will be back to stay with you and be referring everyone we know.

Beautiful home. We really enjoyed staying here. We will be coming here with more family next time. If we would have known there were several other homes we could rent, we would have brought more people. This community is such a great idea. The clubhouse is beautiful and can't wait to come back and experience it all finished. The second casita bedroom was comfortable and nice for our second couple.
