AMAZING location in Salt Lake City! Walking to TRAX light rail station that will take you to the following locations. Salt Palace Convention Center, Trolley Square shopping center, night life, restaurants, U of U and other downtown locations.
This historic home offers many of its original features, with a few modern updates.  Much of its old-world integrity is still intact. Amenities include a comfortable family room with a BRAND new sectional couch, coffee table with a foosball, with vintage hardwood floor, new flat screen TV's and DVD player, kitchen with dining table for eight, a bedroom and newly remodeled bathroom on the main level, 2 bedrooms on 2nd level with a full bathroom.

Best value lodging in downtown Salt Lake City because this is a very historic home!  Due to the age of this home it has it's faults, uneven floors, and sidewalks, original windows, one lower showers ceiling, and other items that some find charming and others see as historic faults.  What it lacks in modern updates it makes up for in location! It is a very comfortable home that has an unbeatable location, newly remodeled bathroom, clean, comfortable, and has a brand new hot tub.  It is ideal for those that love city life and the rustic charm of an early turn-of-the-century 1900's home.

Perfect private home accommodations for extended stays, U of U hospital, temporary relocation housing, furnished temporary housing, corporate housing, University housing, University of Utah graduation, families in-between homes, displaced families, traveling executives, and for wedding guests of bride or groom.

We loved the home especially our family from out of town. There was so much room to fit everyone. It looked exactly like the pictures and very clean. The only downfall was not being able to get in when checked in due to the system locking the code, we had trouble a couple of times on different days trying to get in. But overall was an Awesome experience. Its an old home but Beautiful inside and we would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

They let us drop off our luggage at the house before the 4pm check in. This was a huge help as our flight came in at 12pm. We would have had to drag our luggage around town until check in. Very accommodating & excellent customer service, Thank you!

The staff was very friendly and the cleaning lady (we met her as our extension apparently had not gone through to her) was a darling. Great location in nice neighborhood, close to temple square and Wholefoods - you would not need a car to discover SLC from this house (due to Trolley Heights public means of transportation) - very charming old house with pretty furniture and comfy beds - basically very well equipped, we appreciated for example the washing machine for clothes, the kitchen appliances (enough dishes/glasses, pans, towels...). We didn't miss a thing, all is there, be it toaster or hairdryer. - we appreciated very much that the washing powder is there, as well as tablets for the dishwasher, a sponge or enough toilet paper or spices in the kitchen. Some rental houses have nothing like that and you need to run and buy everything right after your arrival, so Trolley Heights and UBVR deserves a triple A in this regard! - the garden is pretty and well kept, the Iris and trees are gorgeous - for us it was a great plus to have one bed- AND bathroom on the ground floor, for our grandma.

Salt Lake City was totally not what I expected it to be. It was actually a fun scene. The hose was nice, older, but comfortable. The kitchen needed more seating, but we just ate on the couches while watching TV. The hardwood floors were nice. Beds were comfortable. Fun location. We enjoyed being in the middle of the nightlife scene and checking out the ecclectic shops nearby and lots of dining options within walking distance. We'd stay here again if we ever return to Salt Lake. Not bad for the price.

Just got back. We stayed here for the summer holiday. Location was perfect. We went to the parade and walked to the shopping mall. Was so much fun. House was nice, suitable, a bit old, but we expected that. The furniture was newer and nice. Kitchen was appropriately stocked. Pictures were acurate. Front porch is not as new as the photo shows, but still functional. For a downtown home for the price and location, not bad.

We visited Utah for a ski trip. The staff were outstanding - very understanding and helpful. Also, the discounts offered on rental ski equipment and lift tickets were excellent and much appreciated. And the skiing was excellent.

We really enjoyed staying in this historic home. It isn't completely renovated, but very charming still. We loved the big rooms, especially the living room and dining room. And the beds and bedding were very comfortable! We enjoyed the front porch very much and watching the college students walk to school in the morning. The weather was perfect this time of year to be in Salt Lake City!

We had a great time at the house, we thought the amount we paid was equitable to the value. We loved being at the house. Thank you, we would stay again, or recommend it to others.

We were in town for a convention with people ranging from their teens to 70's. The house meet all our needs, including convenient to convention location, stores & transportation.

Great location, exceeded expectations. Great gathering space. My wife and I stayed here with another couple earlier this month. It is even nicer than shown in the pictures. It is very conveniently located to downtown, the tram, a grocery store and restaurants. The kitchen is well equipped and made cooking meals a the house very easy. The round dining room table easily seats eight adults which made the space great for entertaining friends. The front porch is a great place to start the day as it has a few chairs and a small table. The communication from the owners/management company was excellent. We recommend this place.

Thankful for being able to host friends at the large, round table. Looking around and seeing the eight of us enjoying a home cooked meal and conversation was a highlight.
