RESERVING A HOME 

How do I make a reservation?

Reserve online (preferred method) or contact reservations directly toll free 1-800-410-2251. As part of the reservation process you will be required to agree to our rental contract. Read more details on how to reserve here.

 

What's required to secure a reservation?

50% deposit is due at time of reserving to secure a reservation. In lieu of a $500 deposit, a $69 accidental damage insurance fee is charged, covering up to $3,000 for any accidental damage that may occur during your stay. 

 

Are there additional fees I should expect? 

In addition to the rate, there is a one-time cleaning fee, $69 accidental damage insurance (in lieu of deposit), and tax charged. This does not include a pet fee. Your quote includes everything. There are no additional hidden fees.

 

What's your cancellation policy?

Cancellations for any reason, 90 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival forfeit 50% of the total rental amount. Cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival forfeit the full rental amount. We highly recommend purchasing Travel Insurance (7% of reservation total), which provide cancellation and other very helpful travel-related insurance to give you peace of mind while on vacation. View travel insurance details here.



ABOUT THE HOME


What's the address of the home?

To ensure our guests' safety at all times, and the security of our homes, the actual home address is only provided once a reservation is finalized. However, we understand the importance of location to our guests and therefore provide online maps showing approximate location of the homes we offer. You can see the location of all our homes together on our interactive property map. Once your reservation is paid in full, you will receive an email with driving instructions, map and physical address.

 

What comes with the home?

Many homes have the same amenities. View the property details for details. Generally, each home includes bedding and linens, basic kitchen supplies, travel-size bath amenities, satellite or cable TV, internet, a private hot tub (select homes), and select luxury properties provide a game table, home theater, or swimming pool.

 

What is the maximum sleeping capacity? Is it different than the number the home can sleep?

The listed maximum occupancy is based on the number of total people the home can sleep including beds and other alternative areas to sleep (sofa sleepers, futons). The recommended sleeping capacity is based on the number of people that can sleep comfortably in beds. There are a few homes where there are more spaces for sleeping than the maximum occupancy. It's designed to allow for different sleeping configuration but is not intended to allow for more guests. The listed maximum sleeping capacity is the maximum number of people that can be in the home at any given time during the day or night.


Do infants and toddlers count against the listed maximum occupancy? 

No. Children under 2 years of age we assume will not require a bed. Pack 'n plays are available for rent $15/day. Contact guest services to make arrangements. 

  

Are your hot tubs nice? Do all the homes provide them? 

Our hot tubs are maintained by professionally certified pool and spa technicians. Each service includes filter cleaning, chemical and pH balancing, and drain and refill on an as needed basis. On occasion, unforeseeable issues cause further repairs, which we try to fix as fast as possible to satisfy guests and ensure a healthy user experience. 

Do you offer mid-stay cleaning?  

Yes. The regular cleaning fee is discounted for mid-stay "spruce up" cleanings. Mid-stay cleanings include making of beds, quick cleanup of kitchen and baths. Laundering is not included. Mid-stay cleans are not included in the cost of your stay, but can be arranged for additional purchase. Please call prior to your arrival for pricing and to schedule additional cleaning. Advance notice is required as housekeeping schedules will need to accommodate the request.

Are there towels and linens in the home? 

Yes. We provide one bath towel and wash cloth per listed occupant. We do not provide beach or hot tub towels. We also offer a washing machine and dryer in the home with complimentary detergent for easy laundering. 


Do you have pack 'n plays/cribs in your homes? 

We don't provide cribs in our homes. However, we offer portable pack 'n plays for rent for $15/day. Advance notice is required as there is a limited supply available. 


What is your parking policy?

No more than 4 cars parked at any home at any time. We strictly prohibit any street parking at any time during your stay. Please use the garage and driveway. We ask that you ensure your guests and visitors are fully aware of this policy and adhere to it.

What if there is an emergency and we need service after office hours? 
Our homes are self-serve. For emergency after hour service, please call our office (801) 747-0218. If no one answers, leave a message. We have staff on call 24 hours a day, and they frequently check their messages and will respond quickly.
