Here are a few answers to questions people have been asking recently in the wake of the COVID impact. With a huge increase of phone calls during this time, we hope these will help answer your immediate questions to avoid having to call in:

Are the pools open? 

Yes, the pools are open and available for use. There are no current restrictions, however, each guest is encouraged to follow social distancing guidelines and respect other guests using the facilities. Should there be a change with this, we will update the information provided here and notify impacted guests appropriately. 

 

What time is check-in/check-out? 

Check-in is 4:00 PM. Check-out is 11:00 AM. We will only guarantee early check-ins/late check-outs 24-48 hours prior, no exceptions (service fees apply). 

 

What is your cancellation policy? 

Cancellations made... 

60+ days from arrival are eligible for a full refund MINUS a $150 administrative fee. 

59-30 days from arrival are eligible for a 50% refund. 

Within 30 days the reservation is non-refundable. 

Cancellation policies on 3rd party websites such as VRBO and Airbnb automatically overrule the above policy. 

 

How do I check-in? 

Upon receiving all required items to finalize the reservation (signed rental agreement and a copy of your photo ID), we will email you check-in information which includes your home access code. If you have not received this information and are within 5 days of arrival, please call or email our Travel Planners (801-747-0218 OR GuestServices@UtahsBest.com). 

 

How do I book a home?

You can book instantly on our website. We are notified immediately when a reservation has been accepted. Our home listings include information about the home and amenities to help answer questions you may have about the property. Our Travel Planners are available at 801-747-0218 if your questions cannot be answered via our website. 

 

Do I need to bring anything? 

Our homes are stocked with a starter supply of household cleaning items including trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, hand soap, and a sponge. Quantities needed beyond the provided supply are the responsibility of the rental party. Linens are included and beds are prepared with fresh sheets, pillows, a comforter/blanket, and all bathrooms are stocked with appropriate quantities of bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths (1 per guest that the home sleeps). We recommend bringing personal toiletry items such as shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and condiment items such as coffee, coffee filters, spices, or zip-lock bags. Our kitchens are stocked with basic cooking supplies.
