84| Sun Haven in St George with Patio Sun Deck

We love this house. It is clean and has a great location. We love coming to Paradise Village and try to stay in Sun Haven 84 any time we can. We love to get down there for sun, pickle ball, hiking, & boating! Great house!

Fantastic! Very close and convenient to Tuacahn (3.5 miles), Harmons, restaurants, etc. Two different pool locations (both were great and have different features). The residence itself was perfect! Large rooms, each with its own bathroom. Spacious gathering areas on both floors. Ping Pong and Air Hockey were fun pastimes as well! We will be staying here the next time we are in St. George with our family for sure! Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved staying here it was great for all ages! Close to town and a grocery store within walking distance. You can’t beat the views around this location either it was surrounded by the beautiful red rock southern Utah is know for! We look forward to our next stay!

Great place to stay! Very clean, awesome pools, and great location! Every bedroom has a full bath which made it awesome for sharing with another family. Kitchen and living room are spacious as well. Close to bike trails and snow canyon state Park. The property management company was also very communicative and went above and beyond to make things right when there was a minor, unusual mishap at check in. Definitely recommend and would love to come back.

This was such a fun place to staycation with our family. We spent four days playing ping pong, air hockey, and spending lots of time in the pools. My kids loved having their own ensuite bathrooms. There are so many lovely gathering areas in this house - the upstairs living room/gaming area, the balcony with beautiful red rock views, and the back patio. The well-stocked kitchen was wonderful - there was even a crockpot. We appreciated having the plastic dishes for the kids. All the extras were a huge hit as well - the wagon for transporting our pool gear, the pool noodles, all the convenient charging stations, and the goodie bags with treats. My kids are already asking to go back!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house.
The rooms were comfortable and the home overall was very clean. It was nice having the game room upstairs for the kids to play air hockey and video games.
The balcony deck was a nice quiet place to sit and read.
We all, especially the kids, really enjoyed the pools that were available. The home had a life jacket that fit our little girl which was nice to have for the lazy river.

This townhome was perfect for our long weekend stay in Santa Clara. The townhome had everything we needed for our family. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, and small appliances. Really appreciated the chance to wash towels when we needed to. The townhome has enough laundry detergent for a few loads of laundry. Our kids loved the air hockey upstairs. The upstairs family room was our favorite place to spend time. The home has a master on the bottom floor and three bedrooms upstairs. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom, which was great to have the kids in their own spaces. The only tub is in the master bath downstairs (for bath people) . Great location near Harmons. Convenient to St. George but still was away from everything. If I had to find something I didn’t like, I didn’t love seeing cockroaches in the garage (there were only two or three), but I think it is typical to see those In the desert.
Loved our stay here and hope to return.

We inventory everything in detail after each check-out and have everything labeled in the cabinets for convenience. Glad you loved the upstairs space and liked having a bathroom in each bedroom. Paradise Village is so convenient to Harmons Grocery you can walk to it, but like you mentioned, far enough away from St. George proper to make it a retreat feel. Sorry you saw a few bugs. We battle those desert roaches all the time. We follow a very regimented schedule for treatments, so guests rarely report seeing any, but it does happen from time to time. Absolutely the best place to stay if you have children. Amenities were amazing, the house was super clean and comfortable, lots of games, great location. We will probably never rent anywhere else in St. George.
