- Handicapped Accessible: This home is partially wheelchair and handicap friendly. We have had many handicapped people stay with us, many of which have loved it, but is NOT ADA compliant.
- Children Friendly: This home is very kid friendly. We have all types of games and sleeping arrangements along with different theme rooms and decor. We also have the park across the street
- Smoking Not Allowed: Smoking is not allowed inside the home. Outside the home may be ok as long as there is no lingering scent of smoke whatsoever. All butts and ashes must be picked up and discarded of prior to leaving.
- Age Requirement: We have no minimum age limits
