• Pet Friendly: We do allow pets on a case by case basis. Separate deposits do apply along with reasonable terms and conditions.
• Handicapped Accessible: This home is very wheelchair and handicap friendly. We have had many handicapped people stay with us, many of which have loved it.
• Wheelchair Accessible: The entire home is easily accessible by wheelchair.
• Kid Friendly: This home is very kid friendly! We have all types of games and sleeping arrangements. Sledding hills, parks, playgrounds across street, and tons of fun shopping in downtown Sugarhouse.
• Smoking: Prohibited inside the home. Outside the home may be ok as long as there is no lingering scent of smoke whatsoever. All butts and ashes must be picked up and discarded of prior to leaving.
• Age Requirement: We have no minimum age limits
• Sunbathing Nearby and in backyard during summer months (comfortable mature tree shaded areas too).

Other Activities:
Too many to list but we'll try: just minutes from everything Salt Lake has to offer, only 25 minutes from Park City as well as any other skiing destination. Utah's skiing is the best in the world. Minutes from casual to fine dining, and 7 miles to University of Utah. Close to The Utah Jazz, Symphony, Fine Arts, bars, clubs, mountains, lakes, Temple Square and anything else imaginable. Salt Lake is a unique place. You can go hiking in the mountains, boating, golfing, have a barbecue and hit a movie all in the same day.
