"We stayed at Monte Carlo Estate. The house was everything the website promised and we had everything we needed for a perfect snowy ski holiday in Snowbird/Alta. We actually had 3 foot of snow in one week and despite the snowy conditions the trip up the canyon road was only 15 mins each day. Kids enjoyed the games room and plasma TV and played pool every night .Hot tub was great and showers in the bathrooms were wonderful. We hope to be back to enjoy this house again for our annual ski vacation next year."

"The place was clean and ready. We loved the size for our Thanksgiving dinner. Plenty of hot water for our group, fantastic setup for kids, heater kept entire house warm - even in the basement! "Just a little note to thank you and Jeril for all your help with the house this past weekend. We had a lovely time - we even got some fresh powder to ski in! "Overall for the price, it beat the hell out of a hotel room.  Since I was traveling on my motorcycle, it was really nice to have a washer and dryer.  I had been on the road for a week and was in real need of some clean clothes. Would I rent from you again?.....absolutely.  The only thing I never got the hang of is the way you all number your street addresses.  All of this north south east stuff is very confusing for someone that lives in a state where the streets have names. "Hi UBVR,
Just a quick note to tell you how much the BMW people enjoyed our visit to Salt Lake City.  Of course, this was at least half due to the fabulous property on Evergreen we stayed in while there. Any issues we encountered were addressed by Steve Murdock and all was fine.  When we arrived, we had no air circulation, so Steve had a repair man come to the house.  Turns out after climbing into the attic he found out the blowers were turned off.  He fixed it and all was good!  Again, thanks for all your efforts. This is my first experience with vacation home rentals and it has been a bit overwhelming especially for finding a place in Utah.  I was unaware of the huge market for vacation homes.  We found your business through VBRO.com.  We initially inquired to over a dozen homes.  Melynda called me back within 15 minutes of my inquiry.  I still have yet to hear back from a few of the others.  Melynda directed me to your business website where I was able to find several homes that we were interested.  Your website is very professional and detailed.  The pictures and the descriptions are leaps and bounds above the other companies that we have looked at.  Melynda has been assertive and available when we have needed her.  We have decided to go with The Cove at Mount Olympus and Melynda will be sending us the paperwork today.  I am very pleased with your business and look forward to staying at one of your homes.  Based on this initial experience I will be sure to recommend your name to my neighbors and friends.  I am looking forward to our vacation.

"We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Milne Road property. We originally booked the cottage for 7 days beginning April 23, 2009. We traveled to Utah to adopt a baby boy who was born April 24th. It was wonderful to bring him home from the hospital to a real house rather than a hotel room.  We loved the vintage cottage, the beautiful location, the large yard, the washer and dryer and the bunk room. We had our four youngest children with us, ages 5 - 10, and the bunk room was perfect for them. We are grateful that Melynda steered us to the best property for our family. She was wonderful to work with and very helpful. The refrigerator wasn't working properly at first but was quickly repaired. The only improvements I would suggest are: Some rows of coat hooks behind the front door and dishwasher detergent. I expect to buy our own laundry supplies, soap, shampoo, etc but I think cleaning supplies should be provided.

I would rate the cleanliness as a 10. We left it nearly as clean as we found it. We hope to stay with you again and would recommend you to others.  Because we were from out of state, we had to wait for the interstate compact to be completed before we could take the baby home. It is all guesswork as to how long that takes. After the week we had with you we were going to stay with friends in Provo until we got clearance to leave. I decided to add one more night at the cottage because our friends had other guests for that night. While I was on the phone reserving that night, my mother-in-law (husband had to leave to go back to work and mother-in-law stayed on to help out) asked me to reserve 3 additional nights and said she would pay the cost. She really enjoyed our stay and said she hadn't felt so relaxed in years. She particularly enjoyed taking the children on walks along the stream."   -Jennifer A, October 20, 2009
