Beautiful home, felt cozy and right at home. The neighborhood was very private so there was never any noise. The backyard is connected to a park with a really cool playground. Very nice area overall had a great experience.

Really enjoyed the house and the hot tub - beautiful and clean! Beds and living space was comfortable. Would stay again for sure. The only minor issue that we had is that the electronic lock had run out of batteries so we couldn't get in when we arrived (a little late at night), but after a quick phone call they had someone out to fix it within half an hour so overall we were still very satisfied.

We loved it! It was spacious, clean and comfortable! We felt right at home and loved having something as nice as their place to go relax in after our adventures all throughout Utah. At one point the TV in the living room wasn’t working, so I called the customer service number and their operator service took down my issue and let me know they would contact me the next day, well My hubby let me sleep in but I awoke to a different voice talking to my husband downstairs. Turns out the office wasted NO time and sent a tech out! Bam! Our kids had disney channel up & running! This was a bday trip for myself with my hubby & kids and it just was the cherry on top. Aside from the trip, it made my husband and I really look around and say #HouseGoals lol. Also, the neighborhood it is in is perfect!! Close to everything you could need for your stay, and it felt safe which is one of the best features. Thank You Utah’s best!! You made our first ever trip to Utah that much more memorable!

This is a great bargain for a spacious house in an awesome location. Only 20 to 30 minutes to great ski resorts, but also within five minutes of lots of shopping and restaurants. House was extremely clean and very spacious for the number of bedrooms. Private hot tub was great and looked over a park. The only constructive criticism I can give is that it wasn’t the most updated kitchen and bathrooms, so it didn’t have things like granite countertops, but that doesn’t really matter to us. It still was in excellent condition and super clean. For the price it was a great place to stay and we will definitely consider coming back!

This is our favorite rental in SLC. Spacious, beautiful house with groceries/gas nearby, close to skiing with a great hot tub for afterward and a park with a walking path out the back. Very easy check-in/out. We would love it even better if we could bring a pet!

More than half the kitchen lights didn’t work. The light for outside to get in the hot tub was out and there is no other light. Outside so it was tricky. The fireplace was also not useable, would have been nice to have when it was snowing! Lastly there is no way to use a Roku or chrome cast as mentioned in the welcome emails. These didn’t affect a lot but was annoying!

first off let me clarify that the checkin process was confussing. One page gave the code to get into the house and another page says the lock pad is in on the backdoor. so we headed straight to the back door to get in and got confussed and found out the lock pad is on the front door not the back..so i dont know why it said to enter in from the back door? issue #2- way way way to many decorative pillows. needs like 20 less pillows on the couches and beds. everything was perfect ! no other complaints, I loved the window a/c units, we stayed nice and cool all night with a little white noise to drown out any noise within the house. fiddle with the buttons as one setting made the a/c unit turn on and off which was noisey, find the setting to keep is constintly on.(cant remember which one) hot tube gets the afternoon hot sun . we didnt have time to use it in the morning but would of loved to. playground at the park was all in the shade which was awesome. the bed in the master bedroom was very comfy, my grandkids LOVED the Harry Potty bedroom.. (thats what we named it) so check out the closet by the front door. there is a secret room in there with a matress. my autistic grandson loved to lay in there with the door shut. (it was just storage for an extra matress) but a fun area. quiet neighborhood. will definately stay there again

We looked into the confusion and we had language in the check-in information that indeed said go to back door, but it was incorrect (meant for one of our other homes). We so apologize for that. Of course it has been quickly fixed. So glad the grand kids loved the cubby nook and the beds were comfy and you had a wonderful stay overall. This is such a fantastic home hidden in the trees in a quiet, peaceful community right in the middle of the Salt lake valley off Fort Union (a main hub in town) and close to a park and many restaurants and ski areas in winter months. We stayed here for a girls trip and had a very nice stay. The house was clean, spacious and everything as explained in the listing. We had 7 adults and we felt there was plenty of space. The only thing that was brought up as a negative was the metal twin bed is squeaky when you are laying down and you roll over. Other than that, great house and property!

Overall, this was a nice space for our 5-night stay! My family loved the location, and the great amenities provided. The hot tub was a huge hit, and we loved being able to park in the garage. The house is in a nice neighborhood, and the public park right behind the house is great if you're traveling with kids.
We did, however, have a couple of issues. Although the house was clean, the biggest issue was the alarming amount of bugs around the house, mainly around the upstairs windows and around the back door. I contacted the host and they were very responsive, sending someone over right away to take care of the bugs. Unfortunately, it was a short-lived solution as the bugs were back all over the windows and ceiling by the following morning.
My other concern was this host required us to sign an additional rental contract and send in a copy of my ID (even though my ID is verified with AirBnB). I understand the host is an independent rental company using AirBnB to list their properties, but the additional contract and ID requirements were not mentioned anywhere in the listing, and it wasn't until after we booked a non-refundable rate that we were informed of this.
Other than the issues I mentioned, this house worked well for our needs.

Great feedback Cam, so much appreciated! With all the trees this home sits in and around, leaf eater and other bugs are always being sprayed for and treated. Our 3 month cycle was coming due and the last treatment must have worn off, but we of course are all over this and handling it for future guests. We are so glad you loved the park and the location in such a fantastic convenient area and the home was very clean for you liking. We have inspectors go through after the cleaners to catch any details missed so our standard of cleanliness and quality are met.

Regarding the rental agreement separate from Airbnb, we have experienced guests in the past who have taken advantage and really caused a lot of damage to our homes, so we ensure that IDs are sent in independent of Airbnb, and our rental agreement is signed, since Airbnb has no way of allowing that to occur in their platform. Sorry if this presented any kind of hassle to you, but Airbnb has proved simply not reliable to cover our bases.

Our full experience was great! The grandkids enjoyed the bonding, the proximity of the park and the picnic area was handy for an outside enjoyment. Not to mention the hot tub for relaxation... The handyman responded quickly to our issue with the A/C (yayyy). The house is open and spacious to move around in with 8 people. It has everything needed in the kitchen plus a bbq grill. This place is the perfect location to give your ski group the ability to get to any of the 4 'Ski City' mountains (Altah, Snowbird, Brighton, Solitude) within 20-30 minutes! It's very spacious, and has a really large kitchen and family feel to the open rooms on the first floor that really bring everyone together. The host company (UBVR) was very helpful, quick to communicate and answer any questions, and a pleasure to work with throughout the whole process. The private hot tub is definitely a plus as well!

House was just as advertised. The location is perfect, equidistant to Park City/Cottonwood canyon resorts, plenty of shopping (grocery/restaurants) in the area, great to have a hot tub after skiing.
