102| Sun Country Cove in St George with Private Hot Tub

Was a fun stay, we enjoyed the place. Kids played at the water park. Adults enjoyed the hot tub. The kitchen was great for our big party. Enough space for everyone.
Loved the built in bunks.
Downfalls- the master is the only room downstairs. With elderly people it’s hard to get up the stairs
Stairs and carpet was not vacuumed.
There was an obvious water leak that’s been repairs but ceiling is peeling away. Wall fixtures were coming off the wall.
There was only one roll of paper towels, and 2 rolls of Toilet paper. That’s not nearly enough for what the house sleeps.
A couple trash bags. We went through those in a day.
Other than that, it was a great stay.

We had to wait for a while to check in because they were still cleaning it because the people before us trashed the place. The cleaning ladies were really nice and apologetic and we understood what they were going through. It would have been nice if there was some tin foil and plastic wrap in the kitchen.

This was a very nice clean home. We wished there would have been a second refrigerator in the garage, as when you bring 30 people, the fridge fills up fast. Kids loved the pool right across from the home and the hot tub! It was clean and everything was in good order. Thanks for a fun vacation!

But overall all worked out great. We had 19 of us and there were enough beds for everyone. Although in the bedroom with the bunk beds, the parents had to sleep in with the kids and that was not what they wanted. We wanted all the kids to sleep together and adults to have their own room. That was misleading. But they made it work and we all enjoyed the weekend stay. We would stay there again.

Plenty of room for several families. Multiple family rooms and sitting areas for adults to have space and lots of room for the kids to have their space too. The big bunk room was amazing and so much fun for the kids! Hot tub and fire pit were a hit with the kids, too!

We loved the space and the neighborhood pool. We had 30 people and it often felt like there were only a few of us with the great layout / floorplan. Beds were comfortable and amenities were great too. I give it a 5 star overall because we would definitely come back, but I’m full disclosure I do have a couple of suggestions for the owner: (1) please clean the ceiling fans and air intakes, dust and maybe change some filters - there was so much dust we didn’t turn some of the fans on for fear of it all coming down; (2) communication could be improved a bit - the hot tub had way too much chlorine in it, enough that no one could sit in it with the jets on without coughing, so we texted about it our first night and no one responded the rest of the trip, so we didn’t really use it; (3) the outdoor furniture needs to be replaced as it’s ripped, torn, stained, broken and basically gross. None of this stopped us from having a great time, but it was really closer to a 4 star stay than a 5 star stay.

We held a week-long family reunion with 14 children, infants and teens and 13 adults (yes, the adults were outmanned!) The place we stayed was directly across from the water slides and lazy river which made it so handy. The kitchen and living room are fantastic. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishes and cookware for a big crowd. We had room for everyone to cook and eat meals together. The dining room table separates into two large tables and with the extra benches, everyone could eat together. We used the BBQ one night as well. One of the bedrooms is a bunk bed room with 5 sets of bunks. We used this room for our older grandchidren. It had a fun game and a little table and chairs as well Our littles loved playing in this room when we weren't swimming. One thing we loved was all the bathrooms Every room has their own bathroom and there are a couple extras as well. We loved this unit and will definitely return.

This home was the perfect size and the perfect location!
We took our family for an extended weekend and there was ample room for all of us!
We loved the two good sized common areas. The location is directly across from the entrance to the pool area!
The beds were comfortable and the home really did provide enough space for our entire family!
The owners did think of what it would take to host a large group and it was very nice to have enough seating at the dinner table! There is also ample space for large groups to all have a seat to relax and visit or watch a show!
For the most part the home was stocked with what we needed.
Just a heads up, bring soap if you will be there for more than a day or two. :-) they do provide you with a small bar of soap. Also if you need any storage bags, plastic wrap or foil you may want to bring that as well. I am sure that this is in the description but somehow I missed that info. It was not a big deal I just thought others would want to be aware.

The size and layout of the house was perfect for our family. It's a beautiful house and very clean. Being across the street from the pool is also a huge bonus. Parking is a little limited for the amount of people that can fit in the house but it's definitely manageable and we made it work. Would absolutely stay here again

Super clean and perfect for our big group of adults and kids. The water park was fun even in the winter! The hot tub at the house was super green and made us all itchy, but they were quick to apologize and said they would send someone. It didn’t get fixed during our stay, so I can’t speak to that. But the hot tub across the street was bigger anyway and it was great!

We have our certified pool operator/spa tech service every hot tub before every check-in to check filter, balance water pH and ensure safety so we are sure it was clean and proper to use, but we are looking into this of course. House worked perfect for a family of 24 that included five couples. Had king/queen beds for all couples with private baths. The kids loved the bunk room where 10 of the grandkids slept. Directly across the street from the water park but were they two weeks before Christmas. Several fo the group braved the pool but quickly returned to the hot tub frozen...made some good video. Really like the dining table setup. Worked great for the kids group activities. TVs are everywhere so everyone can enjoy some quiet time with a movie they like. Had a great time!

We are looking into how the balls/paddles, etc were missed as we have a detailed cross-check done after housekeeping is completed and that is on the inspector's quality checklist. We have a backup closet in the homes with replacement balls so we could have easily gotten this taken care of had we known. It's of course been remedied and we hope our efforts to make it right by you are satisfactory. We had a family reunion over Thanksgiving and even with all the people it never felt crowded. The location was amazing! We did several hikes in Snow Canyon and the swim park in the area was amazing. The weather was chili but it did not stop the kids from enjoying the lazy river and all the slides. The home was amazing!! It was so clean and the layout was perfect for large groups! It had plenty of space and had everything we needed to cook a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner. I could not have been more thrilled with our experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

The house in Paradise Village was perfect for our family reunion. 26 adults (10 adults, 16 kids) and everyone had a bed plus extras! The bunk bed room was a hit with the kids. So fun to wake up to their laughter coming from the room. Enjoyed s’mores, hot tub and the new slash park right across the street is simply wonderful. Will definitely be back!!

We we're attending our brothers wedding so some of my siblings and I rented this place. We had 4 families with 15 kids. It was perfect! Clean, well decorated, comfortable and well stocked kitchen. The kids bunk bed rooms were perfect! Best of all...this house is right across from the amazing pool/splash pad. Our family had a great time! Excited to come back. Thanks! :)

This house was amazing! Spacious and clean. It had plenty of TV's and play things for the kids. The highlight was the new splash park that is directly across the street. We spent hours playing there. Perhaps our only complaint was lack of garbage space- they only had 1 garbage can that filled up quickly with 25 people in the house. We would HIGHLY recommend this property

This home was literally the perfect pick! It has so much space and square footage. The kitchen area, living room, TV/game area all was so spacious we had the whole family spread out across the home doing their own things and it was so nice! Then for dinner we could all sit down together and the patio was awesome for grilling, hanging out and roasting marshmallows with the kiddies. Would highly recommend!!

We cannot wait to come back! Such a fun atmosphere with our family and friends! There was enough space to all stay together and really get that bonding time when you are in the same home! The pools were awesome and we are so excited for the water park!

The house was extremely nice and very clean. Service for minor problem (no hand soap in 1/2 bath) was very good. Someone came within 1/2 hr. Suggest providing 1 very large bowl and 1 very large kettle. The home is for 32 people and there wasn't anything large enough to actually prepare for that many. Otherwise the kitchen was very well equipped- plenty of plates, glasses, flatware, etc and small appliances. Don't know about the grill and hot tub. I had another house rented with those and it's own swimming pool. Everything was very clean. The benches along the walls of the dining area allowed most everyone to eat in the same room. Loved the huge square dining table! Would definitely rent again for a large group.

Absolutely stunning new home but still very comfortable like home. The kids loved the ping pong table and foosball. I loved the private hot tub. The community pool was pretty awesome too. It was the perfect getaway in Paradise!
